In 1985, Roger Greenberg, and Andrew Bederman began their vision for a new type of law firm, one that served its clients through personal contact. Today, the goal for personal service is accomplished with the policy to contact each personal injury victim every twenty to thirty days throughout the duration of the case, whether or not we've heard from you. We believe in, and are committed to serving you personally. Of course, if you happen to call us in between we will be happy to assist you.
Greenberg & Bederman, LLP is a firm of six attorneys with a reputation for excellence in personal injury law, including auto, truck and motorcycle accidents, complex litigation in medical malpractice law, and denial of social security disability benefits or private, long-term disability benefit denials.
Our home base is in the Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area, with our main office located in the Greenberg & Bederman building at 1111 Bonifant Street, a half-block from the Metro station in Silver Spring, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C. For the convenience of our clients, we also maintain satellite offices in the District of Columbia, Fairfax, and Greenbelt. The firm has three partners, a support staff of associate attorneys, legal assistants, and clerical assistants.
There are three central commitments that are basic to the way we serve our clients. First, it is our mission to protect your legal rights. Second, we are committed to keeping you informed about the progress and status of your case. Third, we handle most cases on a contingent fee basis, which means that we do not charge our clients an hourly fee. Our legal fee is paid from the award that we get for you.
